The story behind this wine

In philosophy, Kaïros symbolises an opportune moment tied to a decision and a context — like this Gamay, born of my first pruning season at Domaine de la Providence. A small rolling parcel, surrounded by trees, hedgerows and a stream. This Gamay on schist and granite is lively, direct, energetic — the rare sap of these 70-year-old old-vine Gamay.

Tasting notes

A colour that promises finesse, and the wine delivers: cherry, wild rose, violet, silky and melted tannins and a subtle yet very long finish, worthy of an old-vine Gamay. A wine that pinots — one to appreciate through its full evolution.
